Explanation of APP Service Purchase and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing and using our monitoring products and related APP services from [HK MACRO-VIDEO SMART TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED]. To safeguard your rights and interests and clarify the service refund rules, we have formulated the following policy statement:
I. Basic Refund Policy
- Refund Attempt Limit: Per user account, only a cumulative total of 2 refund applications for services are supported. After exceeding 2 attempts, the account will no longer be eligible for refund benefits.
- Refund Application Timeframe: If you need to apply for a refund, you must submit the application within 7 calendar days from the date of successful service purchase. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Refund Service Status Requirement: The service for which a refund is requested must never have been bound to any monitoring device. If the service has been bound to any device for use in the APP (even if subsequently unbound or suspended), it does not meet the refund criteria and thus cannot be refunded.
II. Important Terms Explanation
- Refund Eligibility Determination: The system will use whether the service has ever been bound to a device as the core basis for refund eligibility. Once bound, the service is deemed activated, regardless of actual usage duration or current suspension status.
- Application Channel: Users meeting the above conditions should submit refund applications via the designated refund channel within the APP.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. The exact arrival time may vary depending on the payment channel.
- Policy Interpretation Right: The Company reserves the right to revise and provide the final interpretation of this refund policy in accordance with national laws and regulations and business development needs.
